A mile stone for ConnectAbility – we begin our biggest move in our 25 years.

Twenty five years ago when ConnectAbility commenced with 4 staff and a handful of people looking to us to support them achieve goals and get out into their community they would not have believed that from Monday 28 August 2017 we would commence moving to a large purpose built facility located at 26 Warabrook Blvd Warabrook. Our phone number remains the same.

The building will house a yet to be built customer space providing different areas for skill building, creative and outdoor activities and to gather and be with friends. It is hoped this space will be ready in October. Team Leaders are still on hand at Hamilton to assist our customers, families and other providers.

In the meantime the administration staff will move into the existing office space located at the front of the Warabrook building. Our Aged Care Team and CoS Team will also relocate to Warabrook in September bringing services under the one roof. This will serve to streamline administration and provide efficiency in these areas.

The new building will house increased spaces for our customers, families and stakeholders to meet on site and the parking areas are off street and safer than those at Hamilton.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to our new space.
