Hall Hire

Silveridge Community Centre and Jesmond Neighbourhood Centre

We book the hire of Silveridge Community Centre and Jesmond Neighbourhood Centre. Both centres are available for workshops, birthday parties and other functions. Please note we do not hire the halls for 16th, 18th, 21st, 30th or 40th Birthday parties due to the high risk of damage.

Silveridge Community Centre

Located at 13 Iranda Grove Wallsend, Silveridge Community Centre is a pleasant, light small-medium sized hall. The hall has chairs for 60 people and 5 Trestle tables. The centre has a kitchen with stove, gas rings, urn and microwave. The centre has a backyard with a deck and shade sail. Silveridge Community Centre does not have children’s play equipment. The Hall has air conditioning and there is disability access.

Jesmond Neighbourhood Centre

Located at 44 Mordue Parade Jesmond, Jesmond Neighbourhood Centre has a light, airy, medium sized hall. The hall has chairs for 70 people and 10 trestle tables. The centre has a backyard with children’s play equipment and the hall is air conditioned. There is a kitchen with a commercial gas oven, fridge, microwave and urn. The hall is wheel chair accessible. Jesmond Neighbourhood Centre also hires out a small meeting room that seats 8-10 people. The room has a white board and air conditioning.

Please note that we do not provide catering or PA/Audi-visual equipment for either hall. The set up and pack up of the venue is the responsibility of the hirer.
