Choosing a Registered Provider

Important consideration when choosing a provider – Are they registered?

Registered providers;

Must have staff undertake NDIS worker screenings eg Criminal record checks – non registered providers do not
Have formal complaints processes in place to address any concerns – non registered providers do not
Are required to undertake independent audit processes to maintain registration – non registered providers do not
